Social housing policy change may affect domestic violence victims

Hastings Social Services is looking at how they can minimize the amount of money they lose because of damages done to social housing by residents. The result may affect victims of domestic violence. Jennifer Bowman reports from a committee meeting dealing with the issue on Wednesday.
