TRENTON – The Quadzillas Wheelchair Rugby Team was started by Wade Watts and Dylan Lamoureux, two gentlemen who lost the use of their legs and were looking for a sport to be a part of that they could be included in.

Their official team that travels to tournaments is composed entirely of individuals who have lost the use of their legs, but during practises they also have many individuals who do not require wheelchairs taking part.

I spoke with them to discuss why they began this team, as well as the mental and physical benefits that they see come from playing wheelchair rugby.
